This rezone was approved in the September 11, 2018 County Commission meeting. The County Commission opted to amend the zoning map to give the entire 22 acre parcel the C-1 zone, not the C-2 zone that the applicant requested. They also amended the general plan to allow for this. See GPA 2018-03 for that file.
