The applicant has requested that this application be no longer reviewed for approval. This will be considered a complete but not approved file.
Summer Day - 1/8/2018
All work required for the approval of the subdivision by the Weber-Morgan Health Department has been completed however the location of the soil test pit, the soil description, and resulting percolation test if required must be placed of the formal Mylar for approval by our office. This information can be requested and email from our front office. Please contact them at 801-399-7160 and request soil log 14267.
