Mr. Lewis was in the office today and submitted the SWPPP and SWCAP. In my brief review of them they appear to be complete. We also discussed the culvert that was a requirement, and he believes that it may not be a need now with the new location of the entrance. I informed him that we could wait on the excavation permit and that he would only need it if the culvert is for sure required and there will be work within the County ROW. I also informed him that this is Braden’s project and that I may have missed some items that may still be required, so that he is aware for in the future.

This house will have a State SWPPP fee ($450) and an excavation permit fee ($20.00)
