Would like to acces property from Woodland Drive rather than Bybee Drive because Weber Basin has a 48 inch Aquaduct that runs along Bybee Drive and my property. The pipe is 10 feet underground and it is rated at 10 feet. The access is alredy in use to service the flag lot and would like to access from the existing road that serves that flag lot behind.
