Can you confirm if Bad Bevs has been approved? They told us they applied and received a permit. Do you need anything else from us to finalize approval? We are just two days away and are anxious to get our permit.

The following vendors for this event should be good to go;

• Lucky Slice (mobile permit)
• Best Ever Burger (mobile permit)
• Sugar Street (sampling permit)
• Selman Brother's Lemonade (intermittent permit)

If Missbeehaven Honey and Patio Springs are not doing any food service or sampling and have the appropriate permits from UDAF, they also are fine.

We would like to add Selman Bros. Lemonade Co as a beverage vendor. We would also appreciate an update on Bad Bevs, Phil's Burgers and Smith Sno regarding their permits. We hope to receive final approval this week as our event is quickly approaching. Please advise if there are any outstanding food vendor permit issues and we will do our best to facilitate resolution.

We have asked Bad Bevs and Smith Sno for their permits. If they do not have one, we have asked that they contact your office to obtain one.

Patio Springs Gardens sells produce that they grow and they do not think they need a permit. Misbeehaven Honey does not give samples of food products. They sell honey from their own apiary and beeswax candles. They did not think they needed a food permit. If they do, please let us know and they will apply. 

Lucky Slice will be selling from their food truck. 

We would like to add Phil's Best Ever Burgers as an additional food truck if it is not too late to do so.

WHMHD will approve once all food vendor permits have been verified. Event coordinator will need to clarify if Lucky Slice will be serving from their food truck or not. The following food vendors do not have permits with our office;

• Bad Bevs
• Smith Sno & Snack Shack
• Missbeehaven Honey
• Patio Springs Gardens

Any food vendors selling food at this event will need to be verified. This includes food trucks, food booths, stands, sampling, and pre-packaged foods.
