PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.

The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to rezone approximately 8.73 acres at approximately 5242 E HWY 166 from the Agricultural Valley AV-3 zone to the Form Based (FB) zone, and to amend the Eden Crossing development agreement to include the new FB area and to change certain provisions related to obligations, benefits, and standards applicable to the overall property, and to amend the Form-Based code’s street regulating plan for the Eden area to include streets for the subject Property.  Applicant: Eden Crossing LLC.
