Land use permit request for a detached garage with finished storage area over the garage.  The building detached garage is in conjunction with the previously approved building permit for the adjacent residence.  The structure is approximately 23’ tall.  Structure is not attached to the house only because of the sewer easement between the house and the garage structure.
