A planning commission staff report has been uploaded and can be reviewed under the "documents" tab.
Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 29, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.
The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to amend the development agreement for the previously approved Cobabe Ranch development, located at approximately 2720 North 5100 East. The amendments are intended to help clarify the roles and responsibilities of both the developer and the governing body. No meaningful changes are being proposed for the previously approved development layout.
