PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the Ogden Valley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 22, 2025. The meeting will begin at 5:00 PM and will be held in the County Commission Chambers, 1st Floor of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.

The hearing is intended to receive public comment regarding an application to amend the development agreement for the previously approved “The Exchange” development, located at approximately 3718 N Wolf Creek Drive. The amendments include a modified development layout and potential uses.

Copies of the proposal may be reviewed online at https://frontier.co.weber.ut.us/p/Project/Index/21919 or in the Weber County Planning Division Office, located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center. To verify meeting attendance and participation details, please call 801-399-8371 ahead of time.
