Notice of Public Hearing

On the evening of February 13th 2024 at 5:00 pm, in the Weber County Commission Chambers, 1st floor of the Weber Center at 2380 Washington Blvd, the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an applicant-driven request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Western Weber General Plan. The amendment would create a mixed-use residential buffer between the area planned for mixed-use commercial and medium-large lot single-family residential. This amendment would facilitate the rezone to the Residential (R-3) zone and subsequently the development of multifamily residential townhomes within the southeast corner of the Navy Meadows Development.
