Survey department needs a final plat to decide if application is complete.
Planning needs an actual 'final plat', as well as a will-serve letter in order to consider this a complete application.
In our Pre-application meeting with the county, it was discussed that we'd submit plans that did not have a fully spec'd out bridge design. We assure you that the bridge will built fully to the county code requirements needed.
The reason for the bridge plans not being included is because we can potentially still work with the neighbor to the south on sharing their bridge. As per the pre-application meeting we were told to submit the plans we have with the reality that Kody could do it himself. And then receive a conditional final approval. Then take that conditional approval to his neighbor to the south and do a 'final call' for working together. Really this creates a win-win-win for the county, the neighbor to the south, and Kody.
