The new parcel number after the boundary line agreement is 22-009-0097
Hi Marta, I commenced this project after discussing with Steve Burton the need to create a new parcel number and new Buildable Parcel Determination letter due to the recent filing of a lot line adjustment on the east side of my parcel in Eden. This adjustment was to deed approximately 0.56 acres in total to two adjacent land owners on my east side. This was necessary due to a historical fence line within my parcel legal description. My total property remaining exceeds 15 acres.
I received a Buildable Parcel Determination letter from Weber County in early 2021 and sought feedback from Steve Burton prior to my recent lot line adjustment filing that the described adjustment should not jeopardize the existing buildable parcel status. I have a pending building permit now with Weber County (Pitcher-Stephen-#3025-SFD). The primary remaining item is to obtain a new Buildable Parcel Determination letter with the new parcel number. The address stated on my application was given to me by my builder. If it should be revised please let me know.
