Parcel :220150074 We are currently having a survey done to pull 3 acres out of this current 6.68 acres lot and having the remaining acreage added to the neighboring 220150062 parcel to consolidate. Both are owned by our Grandma Shelley within the ROCHELLE FINDER REVOCABLE TRUST. It is her desire that we are able to build a home on the land next to her so we might be able to take care of her. I am filing these papers and going through the process to help her with this and not increase stress on her. Speaking with a Mr. Felix Lleverino on the 1st of September 2023 he recommended I start here with our project. The parcel numbers will possibly change when our survey through Andy Hubbard of Great Basin Engineering goes through.
