The owner selected 'land use permit' as the application type. The proposal is for a subdivision amendment. The owner will need to apply for a 'subdivision' as the Planning Application type. The owner will need to apply for a 'subdivision' as the Planning Application type, supply a title report dated within 30 days of submittal date, pre-application meeting notes, and a plat review fee before the subdivision application will be accepted.
