Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commissioners will hold a public hearing during their
meeting on May 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Weber Center located at 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden on
the first floor in the commission chambers.
The following item will be considered at the public hearing:
ZTA 2022-02: A county initiated text amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance to exempt lot
adjustments from preliminary and final subdivision review, including an amendment to the land use
application fee schedule to add a fee for subdivision lot adjustments and to amend the size fee for
certain application types.
