Notice of Ordinance Adoption
Notice is hereby given that on May 17, 2022, the Weber County Commission approved an ordinance amending the Weber County Code as follows:
Ordinance 2022-14: An ordinance amending the accessory dwelling unit regulations to define specific zones in the Ogden Valley planning area where dwelling unit rights may be transferred from for the purposes of constructing detached accessory dwelling units, and related ordinance amendments.
