$75.00 Dollar payment has been refunded
This application was submitted as a "Building Parcel Designation" when the applicant had intended to submit a "Buildable Parcel Determination". This application has been updated to reflect the intended application type and outcome. The previously paid $75 invoice will need to be reconciled once the research has been completed for the Buildable Parcel Determination and a new invoice is generated for the applicable review fee. Buildable Parcel Determination applications are billed at $25/hour of staff time to conduct the research and draft the resulting findings. Should the necessary staff time exceed the currently paid $75, additional fees will need to be paid. Similarly, if staff time is less than the $75 already paid, a refund will need to be issued for the difference.
