If I understand correctly, since this lot isn't a lot of record, what are the steps to turn this into either a 1 lot or 2 lot subdivision? Specifially, what applications do we need to fill out and provide? Do we need approval from the planning commission and/or county commission? Is there a concept, prelim, final process? Or just final submittal? etc.
Thank you for the update. I just paid the fee and uploaded a receipt.
The review has been completed. Staff has reached out to the owner Richard Williams and notified him that we are awaiting payment to release the report.

Can I get an update on the status of the review? I anticipated about a 1 week turnaround and it looks like tomorrow we will be at 3 weeks. Is there anything else you are needing to help with the review that we need to provide?
