Permission granting approval for parking on private property has been given by Symbol Arts (email confirmation) and Walmart (verbal via phone).

Please provide documentation from Walmart and Tuscan Ridge Commercial Development approving parking on their property. 

Please provide a detailed site plan showing parking configuration (number of parking spaces) for each parking area.

There seems to be some confusion about the event. So, I just wanted to clear everything up. This event is the day off September 18th. We are expecting around 350 people the day of the 18th. 

8-12-21 Spoke to AJ one of the people putting on the event. informed him, he would still have to get approval from engineering when it comes to the parking spaces. I also informed him he needs to talk to the Weber Health Department to find out why they did not approve his application and he must get his alcohol permit in compliance to be able to sell alcohol. I will still be visiting the site on September 17th.

I uploaded the insurance documents for the event.

7-27-21 I spoke to Cody and provided him with the link to Weber County municipal code, in order to help him follow guidelines when it comes to signage complicance.
