Thank you for your comments, and I apologize that our team had not reached out earlier. I left you a VM and sent you an email about what we hope to do. 

As in years past, we would like to us the South Gate parking lot as the Start Line. We would like to deliver the portable toilets on Friday the 13th. They will be set in the parking area near the cement slab, and picked up on the 16th. 

Busses will drop runners off at 4:30 am on the 14th. We will check them in and start them at 5:00 am. In years past the camp host has opened the gate late the night before so we can let the runners pass through the park up to the Ben Lomond Trail. 

You mentioned a possible conflict on that day. Could you please let me know if there is one? 

If not, we will happily provide a certificate of insurance for the Parks department.

Iris Hennon, the only signs that will be used will be signs placed on US Forest Service Land to make trail users aware of the event happening that day. Do you need that information since it is on USFS land?

Abigail Weymouth, I spoke with Sonora grill. They said they will take care of this as usual. He has now catered the event for close to 10 years, and I believe he had taken care of it every time. Please let me know if you need something more. Thanks so much!
