My intent is to build a 36 or 44 foot geodesic dome dwell home made by Pacific Domes. 1520 square feet of living space. This would be my year round living home. It has a 22 foot height at the center point. I would paint it to blend into the surrounding landscape. Something like this photo below (not exact, but I'm open to using the best colors to blend into the mountain / landscape. The large viewing window would face south/southwest. This can withstand a snow load of 85lbs per square feet & 100+ mph gusts. I can get a structural engineer’s stamped report if this proposal is approved.
