Steve I am purchasing this ground and doing this as part of my due diligence. Felix in planning told me this is the best way to determine if I can build on this land, is this the best and quickest way to determine that?
Derrick, This form does need to be signed separately from the online application. The reason is because we will record the notice to the title of the property and we want to make sure the owner understands that we will record a notice of non-buildable parcel if we determine the parcel is not legal. Thanks Steve is this different then the one I filled out online?
