We would like to have the 7' easements on the North (back) and West (side) of our property vacated. We would like to put a shed closer to our property line (1 foot from the fence rather than 7 feet from the fence). We would like to put the shed along the back of our property (North). This is the same as has been requested by Scott Waterfall for all the homes on Ryan Circle and by Joby Shock on the corner of Ryan and Skyline. I believe Weber Basin Water Conservatory District does our secondary water, but they are no listed as a choice.

Can someone please advise us on the status of this application? It was discussed at the County Commission meeting last week, August 10th. Was it approved for the north side to vacate the easement? Thanks.

As long as the letters have been provided from the utility companies and nothing else has changed, The Surveyor's office has no comments for this submittal.

The Surveyor's office was notified of this review just recently. Our office will submit our review as soon as possible.

All letters from utilities have now been provided. You will find them attached in the 'other' or in the 'application' area. There are letters from Comcast, Dominion Energy, Rocky Mtn Power and Uintah Highlands Water. Please let us know next steps so we can get this easement approved. Thanks!

Fee of $650 was paid on May 24th, to Ann in the county office.

The fee of $650 (385 to planning office, 115 to engineering office, 150 to surveyor's office) will need to be paid before this project can be accepted and reviewed. Please call 801-399-8371 to pay the fee, or mail in a check to the county planning office. Thank you.
