NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at 10:00 am, and during that meeting will conduct a public hearing to consider and take action on a proposal to rezone approximately 15 acres of land located at 4706 E. 2650 N. from AV-3 to either MV-1 or CV-2. The hearing may be attended in-person or by web videoconference using the Zoom videoconference platform. If desiring to participate in-person, please be aware that seating is limited and will be given on a first-come first-serve basis. If participating by Zoom, the details to join the meeting will be on the agenda, which will be posted on the County Commission webpage at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting: https://www.webercountyutah.gov/Transparency/commission_meetings.php. Public comments may also be submitted in advance of the meeting by email to: cewert@webercountyutah.gov.
