NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Western Weber Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at 5:00 PM, and during that meeting will conduct a public hearing to consider the following: 1. ZTA 2020-06: Public Hearing to consider and take action on a proposal to amend the Weber County Code, Chapter 104-3, 108-7, among other parts of the code, if applicable, to allow the cultivation of medical cannabis in the A-2 zone. 2. ZTA 2020-04: Public hearing to consider and take action on a proposal to amend the Weber County Code, Chapter 106-2 and 106-4 to require PUE’s to be as specified by the County Engineer and/or Land Use Authority and to enable development along substandard streets under specific conditions. This meeting will be held electronically in accordance with Utah Executive Order 2020-5 Suspending the Enforcement of Provisions of Utah Code 52-4-202 and 52-4-207 due to Infectious Disease COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus issued by Governor Herbert on March 18, 2020.
