The rezone application is accompanied by an application to amend the unincorporated area's general plan to facilitate the proposed master planned development.

This item was submitted in 2020 but was placed on hold by the applicant pending annexation negotiations with abducent cities. As of August 2021, the applicant is desirous to persue approval through the county's process.
