This project was re-heard on 11/4/2021 and approved for a revised request for a 15-foot rear yard setback by the BOA. A formal Notice of Decision has been generated and uploaded to the Documents Tab.
This application has been re-opened to allow the applicant to modify their request to match the final subdivision plat that was ultimately approved by the Health Department. As such, an updated site plan which shows just a single lot subdivision (rather than the 3 lot subdivision previously reviewed) and the needed rear yard setback variance to accommodate a proposed single family home.
This project is tentatively scheduled for BOA reconsideration during their 9/16/2021 meeting.
