NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Weber County Commission will hold a public hearing on May 19, 2020 at 10:00 AM in the Commission Chambers, 1st Floor, Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden, Utah, regarding a proposal to amend the following sections of Weber County Code: Ogden Valley Lighting (§108-16), and Ogden Valley Signs (§110-2) to provide clearer standards for outdoor light, outdoor lighting devices, and illuminated signs in the Ogden Valley in order to support dark sky-viewing, astrotourism, the Dark Sky accreditation of North Fork Park, and the Ogden Valley General Plan. Copies of the proposal may be reviewed prior to the hearing in the Weber County Planning Division Office located in Suite #240 of the Weber Center.
