Weber County Application Types and Where to Apply

Planning Applications, (see list here), apply through Frontier. Go to frontier.co.weber.ut.us/Home/Register to sign up.
Building Permit Applications, as of March 30, 2026, may apply through OpenGov. Go to countyofweberut.portal.opengov.com to sign up. Existing building permit applications made before March 30, 2026 can still be accessed through Frontier.
Business Licenses, including any Business, Home Occupation, Short Term Rental (STR), or Beer License located in unincorporated areas of the county. May apply at webercountyutah.gov/businesslicense.
